概要

●権利取得のポイント
・交換用トイレットペーパーを置く定置部と、支持部から外された使用済トイレットペーパーの芯（以降：使用済の芯）を一時的に保持する保持部を一体構成とする可動トレイが上下に摺動できる構造。
・交換用トイレットペーパーに押されて支持部から外された使用済の芯がホルダー本体の前方に落ちることなく、交換用トイレットペーパー後方の保持部へ誘導できるタイミングで、ぺーパーカッターの回転軸部分をホルダー本体から取り外して移動する構造。

●動作説明
・操作者が可動トレイを上側へ操作する：　交換用トイレットペーパーが使用済の芯を押し上げ、支持部から外れる前にぺーパーカッターの回転軸部分がフックによって押し上げられて移動することで、フリーになった使用済みの芯が自重で保持部へ移動する。更に上方に操作することで交換用トイレットペーパーが支持部にセットされる。
・操作者が可動トレイを下側へ操作する：　支持部にセットされた交換用トイレットペーパー後方の保持部に留まっていた使用済の芯が、自重で定置部へ移動する。

・メリット：　トイレットペーパーに一切触らず交換できるペーパーホルダーは過去に製品化例があるが、それらより構造が簡単で壊れにくく、部品点数が少ないので組み立て易い。
・デメリット：　使用済みの芯を一時的に保持する保持部の分だけホルダー本体の奥行が余計に必要。
